Heres a fun and easy dessert for summer one of our guests at the resort brought to a family dinner.  There where 88 people, what a family.  Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

 

Better than sex dessert

 

Crust:  Mix and pat in 9x13 pan, bake at 325 for 30 minutes

1/4 tsp salt

2 cups flour

2/3 cups nuts

1 stick butter

 

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese

8 oz cool whip

Beat sugar and cream cheese tehn add cool whip and spread over crust

 

2 pkgs of lemon jello instant pudding

3 cups milk

Mix and pour over cream cheerse layer and refigerate

 

top with cool whip and nuts
